Board of Management
Devonfield has a board of management who oversees the organisation and who come from a wide variety of professional backgrounds bringing to the organisation an extensive pool of knowledge and experience necessary for quality service provision. Quality and professional service is what we stand by, as your health and wellbeing is our greatest priority. We pride ourselves in offering support services at a very high standard, with the firm belief that the community deserves nothing less than that.

Yvonne Edwards
Chair
Yvonne joins the Devonfield Enterprises board with 30 years of business experience within the not-for-profit, local government, and public sectors. Supported by CPA & AHRI professional memberships, Yvonne focuses on a values and human leadership mindset to lead contemporary business practice to build strategic and sustainable outcomes. Her experience and career span across a range of executive and senior roles leading Finance, Human Resources, WHS, ICT, Risk, Governance, and Property Functions. Additionally, supporting her business experience, Yvonne brings an understanding of the Disability Sector and the NDIS environment.

Daryn Grantham
Deputy Chair
Daryn joins Devonfield as an accomplished transformational leader with expertise in finance and operations. Passionate about crafting shared visions, he excels at uniting people, technology and processes to guide large-scale organisations through complex change journeys and deliver lasting value.

Samantha Searle
Secretariat
Samantha is a CPA-qualified executive leader with more than a decade of senior experience across local government and the disability services sector. Her career has focused on strengthening governance, driving financial sustainability, and leading organisational transformation to deliver lasting benefits for communities.
She has successfully guided organisations through cultural change, complex structural reform, and major infrastructure and service delivery programs, always with a strong focus on community wellbeing and inclusion. Samantha’s experience spans financial stewardship, risk management, digital transformation, strategic planning, and workforce development.
In addition to her executive career, Samantha serves as a Board Director with Local Government Professionals Tasmania and has contributed to several audit and governance committees. She is passionate about values-driven leadership and building resilient, sustainable organisations that make a positive difference in people’s lives.

Board Director
Miriam Beswick is a governance professional and AICD graduate with a commitment to strong, values based leadership. Drawing on experience in business ownership and parliamentary service, she brings insight into financial oversight, operational governance and stakeholder engagement. Miriam is passionate about supporting sustainable organisations that deliver meaningful outcomes for the communities they serve.

Luke Cameron
Board Director
With over 20 years in the healthcare industry as a registered nurse and executive health leader, Luke brings a thoughtful and values-driven approach to improving clinical governance and managing health system risk. Guided by integrity, excellence, respect, and stewardship, he works to ensure that care is modern, safe, and responsive to the needs of both individuals and communities. Luke is passionate about building strong partnerships across the health sector and creating environments where quality and continuous improvement are part of everyday practice. His work reflects a deep commitment to doing what’s right — for consumers, for teams, and for the future of healthcare. Luke is supported by his wife, two awesome teenage boys, a miniature schnauzer named Meadow and pretends to play golf on weekends.

Sharlene is the leader behind Devonfield and their transformation.
Sharlene comes to us with over 20 years experience in health, aged care and disability services.
She possesses extensive knowledge of the NDIS and complex regulatory requirements.
With a passion for people, a dedication to teamwork and a focus on results she is committed to pushing the boundaries of what is possible here at Devonfield.

Dwayne Wescombe
Chief Operations Officer
Dwayne brings more than 30 years of senior leadership experience to Devonfield, including a strong background in not-for-profit executive leadership, governance, and organisational strategy. His leadership approach is guided by his core values – People First, Honesty, Continuous Growth, Purpose, Courageous Leadership, Accountability, and Practical Impact.
A proud Tasmanian, Dwayne has recently returned home after a decade in Western Australia. He and his wife, Kelly, have six children and seven grandchildren. Outside of work, Dwayne enjoys travelling, good food, live music, fishing, and bushwalking.

Sarah Merrick
Chief Financial Officer
​A senior financial and commercial executive with over 20 years’ experience across the media, research, and corporate sectors, including leadership roles at SBS, CSIRO, and Southern Cross Austereo. She is recognised for driving financial performance, leading organisational transformation, and delivering complex infrastructure and reporting reforms. Known for her collaborative, people‑centred leadership, she builds strong stakeholder relationships and fosters constructive culture. Sarah holds an MBA in Leadership, is nearing completion of her CPA, and is a certified Mental Health First Aider. Returning recently to Tasmania, she is committed to contributing to purpose‑driven, community‑focused organisations.

Business Manager
Renee comes to Devonfield as our Business Manager, with over 10 years’ experience as a leader in the Education Department both in Tasmania and the UK.
Renee has a keen eye for opportunities of transformation by combining her strategic vision with a hands-on approach to deliver exceptional results. Renee is a versatile individual who thrives on challenges and continuously seeks to deliver highly impactful outcomes.
Beyond her role as a Business Manager, Renee has a passion for people and family and likes to spend her free time enjoying the sunshine that Tasmania gifts to us.

DJ Stubbs
Human Resources Manager
DJ Stubbs is our Human Resources Manager, leading people and culture. With strong experience in HR, industrial relations, and NDIS compliance, DJ focuses on building practical, fair, and person-centred workforce systems that support staff, strengthen governance, and deliver quality outcomes for people living with disability.

Vanessa Ford
Operations Manager
​With over ten years of experience in the disability sector, I provide strategic, values-driven leadership grounded in person-centred practice. I am committed to delivering high-quality, outcomes-focused services that empower people with diverse needs to live meaningful and self-directed lives.
I lead through collaboration, accountability, and clear communication, working closely with participants, families, and multidisciplinary stakeholders to ensure consistency, quality, and continuous improvement. I place strong emphasis on building capable, engaged teams and fostering professional cultures where shared values, excellence, and integrity guide practice.
Driven by professionalism and continuous learning, I am dedicated to strengthening service delivery, supporting workforce capability, and achieving sustainable, positive outcomes that enhance independence, wellbeing, and connection.

Lee-Anne Flint
Quality and Risk Manager
Over 25 years’ experience in Business Management and Administration roles, in Community, Medical and Mining sectors, including Safety Health Environment and Community, Quality and Human Resources.
I am excited to be joining Devonfield, I have a desire to positively impact the lives of those we support and staff equally.
I have a drive to support people and the community and spend time outside of work with my family and volunteering at the local football club, I am also on the PFC Board.
