School To Real Inclusion Development & Employment
How can we help you?

Stride assists young people (15–25 years old) with NDIS funding to develop skills with individualised training, career planning and real world work experience to achieve their employment goals.
Program Overview
Stride is a capacity building program supporting young people with disability or other barriers to transition into meaningful employment. Using a Customised Employment approach, it combines accredited training, career planning, and real world work experience to build skills, confidence, and clarity about future work goals.

Delivered in small cohorts, the program offers personalised support tailored to individual strengths, interests, and NDIS goals. Participants explore different roles through safe, supported work trials, helping them make informed choices about employment pathways.
Program Objective
Stride aims to increase employment outcomes for young people with disability by developing practical skills, empowering independence, and supporting informed career decisions. It also strengthens local employer capacity for inclusive hiring and contributes to long-term social and economic participation.
